After school Tutoring Program, Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM-6:00 PM
Local college students and volunteers will provide academic tutoring for students (ages 10-17) Monday-Thursday after school. Snacks will be provided for every student. Other activities will include trips, motivational speakers, public speaking lessons, computer literacy courses, and more.
Mentoring Program, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Students get the opportunity for small field trips with adult mentors. Trips have included tennis lessons from a tennis pro, hiking, visits to New York, The United Nations, tours of the U.S. Capitol Building in Harrisburg, tours of City Hall in Philadelphia and meet ups with Elected Officials.
Community Service, every third Saturday of every month, 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Strawberry Mansion Learning Center partner with Muslim Serve for Hunter Relief to provide halal healthy meals for the community. We provide meals on every third Saturday of every month, at 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Summer Camp and Reading Program, July – August
This summer, Strawberry Mansion Learning Center will be hosting a summer reading program. Students will read on a daily basis, and will take books home to read as well. Additional activities, such as field trips, pool days, tennis lessons, and bookstore visits, are also planned.
